iLS Integration Center
At our newly opened iLS Integration Center, we are constantly evaluating 3rd party technologies for current and future integration contracts. This way we can be sure of the full capabilities of any hardware or software solution we supply.

Unlike traditional OEM vendors who focus closely on broad appeal product development, iLS is not tied to a specific technology or equipment supplier.

Advanced Laser Projection Systems
Targetless laser projection integrated into sophisticated, multi-purpose manufacturing cells. Through large volume dynamic component tracking, this revolutionary system integrates indoor Global Positioning Technology (iGPS, trademarked by by Metris) with a proven Virtek LaserEdge® projection system to greatly improve a host of assembly and inspection tasks. Based on the new iLS TrackIT software platform, this system removes the requirement to “target” the part or aircraft with reflective targets greatly simplifying both set-up and use of the projection equipment.

Laser Guided Measurement & Automated Feed Systems
Scripted measurement capability with automatic fastener selection and delivery:
The Virtek laser guided inspection and fastener feed system is integral to any automated skin assembly task - reducing aircraft weight, creating process efficiencies and ensuring the highest quality of measurement data and report integrity.

Dynamic 6DOF tracking of multiple rigid bodies for accurately positioning aircraft components or flexible tooling assemblies:
